The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Kawasaki is active in sports, and monitoring of the ZX-9R. It 'was originally published in 2004 with minor changes in 2005. It combines an ultra-narrow chassis, low weight and radial brakes. In 2004 and 2005, the ZX-10R won Best Superbike from
Cycle World Magazine and the prestigious International Bike Master.
Kawasaki design engineers used a "stack" for a 998 cc liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine. The crank axle, the input shaft and the output shaft of the "Ninja" ZX-10R engine in a triangular arrangement to reduce the duration of the motor is positioned, while the generator is set at high speed behind the bank of cylinders to reduce the width of the engine. With a bore and stroke of 76 × 55 mm (3.0 x 2.2 inches) reduces the engine ZX-10R in a piece and the body weight of the cylinder and increases stiffness. The DOHC chrome-molybdenum resistance to be built under the direction, the improvement of the four valves per cylinder to breathe at high rpm, and the false, the lightweight pistons offer high heat resistance to further improve the bike to power ratio in weight. In addition to the cooling liquid, the ZX-10R engine oil cooler adjacent the oil filter to reduce the temperature of the oil. Analysis "mush" has also been used to design the internal structure of the oil sump, which makes bath and help keep the oil temperature low.
A slipper clutch multi-disc wet transmits power to a six-speed close-ratio ideal for closed circuit. The back torque limiter automatically disengages the clutch to avoid (slightly) escalation in aggression at high speed to break the rear wheel when entering the curve.
A new six-spoke design is said to be almost as easy as using special race wheels. From the 2006 model, the profile of the sides of the rear tire has been increased from 190/50/ZR17 to 190/55/ZR17.
